K. James Custom Homes was founded in 1981. Since then, our family business has built more than 140 custom homes for families in and around the community of Perth, Ontario. From the very beginning, we put care into every home we built. We were early adopters of energy efficient technology way back in the ‘80s. We started building relationships with the very best architects, designers, tradespeople, and subcontractors — many of these relationships have lasted to today. All the while, we’ve consistently deepened our knowledge of what goes into a truly high-quality home, from the latest in building science to new and better materials.
